SHIPPING POLICY

We offer

  • Free pick up at the Honey Willow Stand in either Cedar or Ladysmith

  • $5 local delivery (Nanaimo/Ladysmith/Duncan/Lake Cowichan) 

  • Free local delivery on any order over $100

  • Letter mail is available for $5 for one or two small FLAT items. 

*Letter mail is uninsured and may be longer than the 7 days guaranteed delivery for flat rate.​Due to being uninsured and untrackable there is always the risk of an item getting lost in the mail. On the rare occasion that an item gets lost, due to us not having any way of checking if its been delivered or where its been lost we do not take liability and this is a risk you take on when you chose letter mail. 

  • Flat Rate shipping options for clothing and small, lightweight items.

-small: $20​

-medium: $25

-Large: $33

*These are flat rate prepaid boxes with a maximum weight of 5kg a guaranteed delivery within 7 days of shipping date & are insured up to $100. I fold well and can fit a lot in a box so feel free to message me if you need guidance on what size. I can send an invoice or refund you upon sending if the final amount is different.

*Local Deliveries

Local deliveries will be weekly from North Nanaimo to Duncan & Lake Cowichan. If you feel you live within these zones but local delivery does not show up as an option please contact us for further info. We will not be delivering to any of the Islands, even if it comes up as an option, unfortunately the only way to set distance is a radius so some of the islands may show up in that. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes and if you choose this as an option without realizing, please reach out and I will be happy to issue a refund or help find a way to get your order to you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please remember you are buying used items and we take care to look them over and price accordingly. However, we are human and small stuff gets missed from time to time, so please take the time to take a look over your items at time of pickup and leave anything you feel won't work for you at the stand and you will be issued a refund. Any items taken home will be considered final sale.
